_This hearing, based on the application for a writ submitted by the chamber on 4th September, 2018 with ref no: FBA/DAN/18/002
*THE CASE BETWEEN DANIELS CHAMBER AND THE FUTASU REFEREE ASSOCIATION*
1. The Supreme Court rules that the law enforcer on the pitch(the referee), be banned from 5 official matches excluding friendlies and the association should submit a list of such matches to the judicial council.
2. The fans and the head coach of Applied Geology are hereby banned from appearing in the stadium for the final match for their unlawful,antisocial and aggressive protest during the match.
From the rules of the competition, the first rule prioritises over every other rule and states that the referee’s decision is final as a result, for the failure of the referee to comply with the rules, the FUTASU referee association is hereby charged to write a letter of apology to the association of Production Engineering and pay a fine of #1000 to the department.
4. The final match should still be played as stipulated.
The D. O. Sports and the FUTASU referee association should ensure strict compliance with these verdicts
