PREFACE

YOUTHFUL GLOBAL CHANGERS RECOUPLING AWARDS
Over the last four decades, we’ve been witnessing significant profitable growth in utmost corridor of the world. At the same time, we’re seeing a rise in inequality, an aggravating climate extremity and a rising sense of disempowerment. This trend can be described as the decoupling of profitable substance from social substance and environmental sustainability. The Global Results Initiative aims to address this trend by generating proffers to more align profitable and political conditioning with environmental sustainability and social substance. With the Young Global Changers Recoupling Awards we want to fete and award systems and enterprise by youthful people from around the world which embody this recoupling- approach.

Recoupling- systems must be guided by a people-centric approach, one that puts the requirements and voices of their stakeholders, guests, workers and communities at the center. The jury will be looking for particularly new, unique and original approaches or systems that address specific issues which have preliminarily been neglected. Systems must be beyond the idea phase and can include social businesses as well as nonprofit conditioning. The stylish entries overall will be presented on the Global Results website. Successful aspirants will also come part of the Young Global Changers class of 2022 and join a global community of further than 350 youthful changemakers. Eventually, 10 actors will be chosen to present their design at the 2022 Global Results Summit (March28/29, 2022) in Berlin. A jury will elect three winners. The overall winner receives a prize of€5.000, the runner-up receives€2.000, third place wins€1.000.

WHO ARE THE YOUTHFUL GLOBAL CHANGERS?
-The Young Global Changers (YGC) are individualities with innovative ideas on how to make this world a better place. —They must have developed a design or an action to turn these ideas into action.
-The Young Global Changers program brings together these youthful people from around the world who are working towards a global paradigm shift, combining their bents and together getting a strong voice for change.
-Since 2017, the Young Global Changers program has attracted over 350 scholars and youthful professionals from further than 110 different countries to share in the Global Results Summit and to attend the Global Results Summer School.

DETAILS ON HOW TO APPLY
Step 1
Complete the online operation form and include all applicable information about your change design. There are no costs associated with the operation. For a successful submission the following information and material will need to be handed

Particular information ( name, dispatch address, place of hearthstone, date and place of birth)
. Project information ( name of the design, design description, connection to recoupling)
.Upload of th following documents 1. CV, 2. design description, 3. short videotape ( maximum. 5 min)

Step 2
The selection and evaluation of the systems will be done by a jury. Of all systems submitted, the stylish will contend in thesemi-finals and will be presented on our website, 10 will be named for the tests. After thesemi-finals, all finalists will admit fresh information about the coming way.

Step 3
The 10 finalists will get the occasion to present their systems in front of a live jury of experts and a global followership at the Global Results Summit 2022 on March28/29 in Berlin. The pitch can be held digitally or on- point. (It’ll not be a disadvantage if one of the finalists isn’t suitable to attend the peak in Berlin in person.)

THIS ARE IMPORTANT TIPS ON HOW TO APPLY SUCESSFULLY.

WHO CAN APPLY?
-Youthful entrepreneurs or originators who have started or are involved in a commanding part in a social enterprise that aims at aligning profitable exertion with environmental sustainability and social substance.
-Youthful business leaders aiming at changing “ business as usual” from the inside (“ intrapreneurs”).
-Youthfulnon-profit actors, community organizers, advocacy leaders, contenders, or device of social, profitable, or environmental change on a original, indigenous or indeed on the global position.
-The design, business or action that you apply with requirements to aim at recoupling, i.e. a better alignment of profitable or political conditioning with social well- being and environmental sustainability.
-The aspirant should have a commanding position in the design/ action they’re applying with. (e.g. author,co-founder, design- lead, generator or a analogous part.)
-The aspirant needs to be between the periods of 18 and 35.
-Aspirants need to be willing and motivated to come active members of a global network which aims at bringing about lasting global change.
