OVERVIEW
The 7th edition of the annual Sama Randy Write Contest is one of the major projects of the Better Breed Cameroon. The contest seeks to ignite the passion of Cameroon youth by encouraging them to participate in social change discourse.

ELIGIBILITY
The Sama Randy Write Contest is open to all Cameroon students in all forms of a higher education institution.

HOW TO APPLY
• Interested individuals are requested to write on the theme ” Dear Cameroon, We Need to Talk.”

• Submissions could be in the form of dialogue essay, speech, open letter, or program proposal.

• Submissions must clearly convey the participant’s point of view on issues that need to be redressed and the best method of approaching the problem.

• A minimum of 1000 words and a maximum of 2000 words are expected from each participant’s submission.

• Essays must be written in the English language.

• Participants submissions should be sent as attachments to contact@betterbreedcameroon.org. The subject line of the email should be titled ” 2021 Sama Really Youth Write Contest Submission.”

• In addition to the mail add the following details:
* Participant’s name
* Phone number
* Participant’s age
* Degree program
* Name of institution.

DEADLINE
The call for entries on the 28th of February 2021.

BENEFITS
The first place, second place, and third place winner would be offered an amount of CFAF 100,000, 50,000, and 25,000 respectively.
