SIMP Northern and Eastern Europe centralize business leaders who want to win in driving change for endurable businesses in economical, environmental and social aspects.

DURATION
Swedish Institute Management Programme Northern and Eastern Europe 2021 runs online between May– November 2021.
In the programme are coaching, interactive workshops, group tasks and lectures, so also as virtual visits to companies and organisations in Sweden.
SIMP is a demanding and interactive programme that requires your enthusiastic participation and contribution. It is not a procession of one-way communicated lectures.

That you strive to make sustainability an integral part of your business strategy.
That yu are in an outstanding position within trade, industry or the public sector.
That you have a mandate to influence the technique for your organisation.
That you will share and build on the competencies and insights you gain from the programme within your organisation.
If you are willing to assist your fellow participants and share your experience and knowledge with them.
If you are between 25 and 45 years old (born 1976–1996).
If you possess a good working knowledge of both written and spoken English.
If you have a post-secondary education.
If you are a citizen and resident of Armenia,
Belarus, Georgia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, Sweden or Ukraine.
If you are willing to take part in a highly interactive online course and look forward to connecting digitally.
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
SIMP Northern and Eastern Europe 2021 starts from May to November 2021. The programme is primarily concentrated into three modules which will come up in May, September and November. Each module lasts between three to six weeks and requires approximately 10 hours per week, involving participation in live online sessions, and engagement with pre-recorded material, group assignments and individual work. In between the sessions, you will work on your own sustainability project with the aid of expert coaching and group tasks.
The 2021 SIMP will be an online programme, where different digital tools and set-ups will give you an extraordinary, varied and interactive learning experience. The programme is made up of the following activities:
VIRTUAL SESSIONS
You will meet the SIMP team, our experts and your fellow participants in the Interactive live sessions via our online tools. In these sessions, you will examine the programme content further with our experts, with a particular focus on questions, reflections, discussions and small group tasks.
PRE-RECORDED MATERIAL
These are Expert lectures and discussions that are recorded in advance so that participants can watch/listen when it fits in with their schedule.In preparation for the online live sessions, you should watch these to learn more and explore specific topics before meeting the experts in the online sessions.

APPLICATION SCREENING
All applications will be examined continuously. Tests, video-question, and personal interview would be used in the selection process for qualified candidates. Any qualified applicant will get information about the different steps during the selection process.
INTERVIEWS
All shortlisted applicants will be called for online interviews as a second step in the selection process.
ADMISSION
30 applicants chosen for the final shortlist would be admitted by the Swedish.
